If you need further assistance to claim the warranty, we're able to help with the charges.

Generally the warranty coverage is including for the hardware malfunction, which excluding the software troubleshooting and fixing. Computer's troubleshooting process will be conducted from the software to hardware, from quick fix to deep dive. If a computers being carried in to the Service Center without troubleshooting and the cause of the problems is dued to the software instead of hardware, the service charges will be occured for any software related issues. We would be happy to assist if you send in your unit for us if you need assistance to claim the warranty.

The hardware's warranty doesn't includes the accidentally damage including but not limited to liquid damage, physical damage, however, some brands are offering the additional accidental damage coverage, feel free to contact us if you need further information on this.
