The maintenance support package includes, but is not limited to, the following,
: Monthly site visit to check IT equipment and gather user feedback on IT needs.
: Routine Data back up verification.
: Regular networking checks and quality control.
: Quarterly software and security system reviews.
: Quarterly site visit for preventive maintenance.
: Daily remote support for users through ticketing system.
: Daily email administration.
: Annual IT hardware asset tagging and auditing. ( available for clients who sign up for minimum 12-months contract )
For customers based in Klang Valley, the monthly maintenance contract fee starts at just RM 1,000.
We can extend our support from Klang Valley to Melaka, and Johor Bahru.

email solutions and can manage your daily email administration tasks.
Our RM 1,000 maintenance package covers Up to 20
workstations, PCs, or laptops. Additional workstations, PCs, or laptops are charged at RM 30 each, and additional servers at RM 300 each. Coverage areas include Petaling
Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Damansara, Puchong, Kepong, Sungai Buloh and Subang Jaya.
Please note that additional charges may apply for extra software administrations, areas outside the standard coverage, and any parts replaced during
maintenance. Prices are exclusive of taxex, or duties, if applicable.
