We received a Asus Zephyrus G15 with Ryzen 7 processor from Mr. Chong. Mr. Chong get to know us from his friend Mr Tan ( Thanks Mr. Tan for referring customer to us. This Asus Zephyrus G15 is never being serviced or cleaned since it being bought on year 2022. Upon received the unit, we noticed the temperature is about 60 degree in idle situation which is higher than normal. After clean the dust and reapply the thermal paste, we noticed the temperature is maintain at 45 to 50 degree celcius in idle situation. The laptop pass the overnight 100 looping stress test and we suggest to customer to get a Cooling Pad from Cooler master. To do a preventive maintance frequently can help to prolong the lifespan for a laptop.
