We received a Huawei Matebook which facing issues that cannot detect bootable disk. Initially suspect is a hardware failutre, after troubleshooting, it's the Bios setting issues and systsem crashed. We re-configure the BIOS setting and reinstall the Windows 11. The laptop is working fine. 

Apart from that, our technician noticed the temperature is quite high and undertstood from the customer that the laptop never been service since the day of purchased, which is 5 years ago. The temperature high issues have been resolve after we replaced the thermal paste with Cooler Master thermal paste.

As our standard operating procedure, we clean every laptop that sent in to us.
