Be informed that normally the product’s warranty is covered for the hardware only, but NOT for the SOFTWARE. The software fixing might involve costs even though your computer is under warranty.

Without troubleshooting, we're not able to verify whether it is the hardware or software. We would strongly recommend you to send in your unit for us before proceed to the technical parts claim.
