We would like to share a brief update in light of ongoing supply constraints and cost fluctuations across the industry.
The global memory chip shortage has escalated into a widesprea market disruption. This is creating pressure across the IT ecosystem and increasing uncertainty around pricing and availability. Memory components including DRAM and NAND remain in severely constrained supply. As a result, prices for certain memort products is having unpredictable lead times. We will continue to work closely with our vendors to manage pricing and supply as effectively as possible and to support our customers in navigating these market conditions. At the same time, due to changes in component availability and costs, manufacturing costs, tariffs, and related factors, there may be occasional adjustment to pricing or availability of supply, which could affect both new and existing orders prior to shipment. As such, pricing reflected in our quotations may be subject to adjustment prior to shipment.
