We received a Acer Aspire 3 Laptop which is very lag and have over heating issues. It's running on i5 12th gen, a processor that should be sufficient for the daily office work, but we noticed that the memory ( RAM ) is only 8GB which is definitely not sufficient of a laptop that running on Windows 11. For Windows 11, i5 processor with 16GB is just enough for daily office work usage, so it's definitely not enough if to run on 8GB only. Even though the current memory's price is very high, but customer is agree to replaced with a 16GB DDR 4 memory in order to improve the daily work performance.
While for the over heating issues, it have been resolve after we replaced the thermal paste with Cooler Master thermal paste.
As our standard operating procedure, we clean every laptop that sent in to us.
