Mr X wanted to clean his laptop. Laptop needs to be cleaned from time to time and change thermal paste once in a while to ensure the laptop could be use for a long time.
The technician disassemble the laptop and disconnects battery, fan and other necessary connectors. Then the technician gently clean the dust that has been building up in the laptop. After the cleaning is done, the laptop is then reassembled. Every connector and parts that were disconnected or taken apart was connected back.
Then we ran some test to see if the laptop is working just fine. When the tests were done and everything is working, we informed Mr X to come collect his laptop.we let Mr X to check his laptop before he go back home and Mr X is satisfied with the service.

The thermal paste need to be change from time to time to avoid damage on the other parts because changing thermal paste when its too late could cost you a fortune.
